The project is built around eight different work packages. Each work package is lead by a WP Coordinator. The WP Team includes all partners included in the WP. Each WP co-ordinator will in principle be supported by a second partner from another institution that acts as Deputy Coordinator. WP coordinator will assist and monitoring all work package-related activities. The WP Co-ordinator chairs work package meetings. The meeting of WP Teams will be called at least once a year possibly but not necessarily in concomitance with the annual Project meeting. WP Coordinator may call additional meetings, when necessary. Should no agreement be reached, WP Co-Ordinator will report to SMB for decision making process.
